Reporting Concerns
I am a child and I do not feel safe
If you are scared or don’t feel safe at home or at school, you can do one of these things:
- Speak to your class teacher or any adult in your class at any time.
- Speak to Mr Calvert, Mr Bliss, Mr Gardner, Miss Lodge, Mrs Scott or Miss Wootten.
- Phone Childline on 0800 11 11 anytime day or night. They are happy to speak to you about any worries. The call is free. Your teachers will be happy for you to use a phone in school – just ask.
I am an adult and I am concerned about a child
If you are concerned about anything you witness in school, or the treatment of a child outside of school, you can do one of these things:
Report it to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Leads (Mr Calvert, Mr Bliss, Mr Gardner or Miss Lodge) by phoning the school on 0117 377 2196 or sending an email to office@littlemead.tila.school

I am concerned about the conduct of a member of staff
If you are concerned about how a child has been treated in school or are concerned that the conduct of a member of staff is inappropriate, you can do one of these things:
- Report it to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Leads (Mr Calvert, Mr Bliss, Mr Gardner or Miss Lodge) by phoning the school on 0117 377 2196 or sending an email to office@littlemead.tila.school
- If you are concerned about the conduct of the Headteacher, please contact the Trust’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sue Elliott via the school office by telephone or email.
I am concerned about an incident outside of school
If you are concerned about the safety or well-being of an adult (where children are not involved) or an incident outside of school, you can do one of these things:
